We provide support to our customers around the world from our headquarters in the Netherlands and through our network of local partners. First-line support for existing GATSO customers is provided by our local partners.

We are committed to your success, so GATSO is always directly involved with the first installation of any new project. Regardless of your location, GATSO’s certified Customer Support engineers will take care of your installation to guarantee smooth implementation and the long-term success of the system.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
The GATSO partners around the world are your first point of contact for all maintenance and repair activities. We continually train our partners in order to keep their knowledge and expertise at the highest level. So, you can count on them to provide you with the support you need to maximize up-time and effectiveness.

INSPECTIONS
In many countries, fixed installations must be officially inspected at least once a year by local homologation institutes. We will support you throughout this process. In the Netherlands for example, GATSO is certified by the Dutch homologation institute to verify if the Radar and Loop installations of the Dutch systems operate within the legally required accuracy.

TRAINING
To ensure your system’s optimal operation, GATSO provides multiple levels of training. Our local partners receive technical and functional training in order to provide the highest quality first-line support. And, your team will receive end-user training, customized to your specific installation. Most training takes place at our state-of-the-art facilities in Haarlem, the Netherlands.
