LOW EMISSION ZONE AMSTERDAM (NL)
In order to ban polluting trucks from the city centre, GATSO provided an effective enforcement solution to the Amsterdam City Council. GATSO made it possible to automatically and accurately check every vehicle, regardless of where it enters the zone. Without traffic disruption and with minimal impact on the surrounding environment, a cost-effective solution has been realized. GATSO delivers a 95% read rate in combination with a 0.02% error rate.

DEDICATED BUS LANE HAARLEM (NL)
The Municipality of Haarlem wanted to ensure that access roads to the central station (bus and train station) were only available to buses, taxis and other registered vehicles. Based on the GATSO VIA solution, a completely automatic closed system has been implemented, which effectively prevents unwanted vehicles from entering this zone.

CUT-THROUGH ROUTE SPAARNDAM (NL)
During rush hours, unauthorized traffic was making use of a cut-through route in this urban area. The Municipality asked GATSO for a solution that discourages non-local traffic to pass through the village during these ours. For several years, the GATSO VIA enforcement solution has proven to be effective in keeping the village safe and livable for its inhabitants by preventing massive traffic passing through.
